I took this picture last winter when we had a snow storm.

Snow storm in Arkansas, last winter, 2010. Will this year be worse?

When I woke up this morning, I remembered a dream where all of my garden plants were covered with snow.  I was sad because I realized they all died from the freezing temperatures.  Now that I am awake, I wonder if God is planning a tough winter, which will lead to more famines.  Famines are part of the end of this age.  God is trying to wake people up and let them know HE is in control.

So, if I were a betting man, I would say that this winter is going to come early and wipe out food crops. Or, next spring, we could have freezing temperatures killing the early spring crops.  Or, both!  But the fact is, famines are on the rise.  While our “leaders” will blame global warming or CO2, the real reason is that God is fulfilling his promise to purge this world of sin.

Am I worried?  I am worried for those that refuse to admit that Jesus is the Son of God.  Those are the people that are “anti-Christ”.  If you are not sure what side you are on, I recommend you repent.

When Moses led the people in the desert, they were still fed and provided for by God.  (Manna fell from the sky.)  I think we will see something similar in this generation.  So, if you have Jesus in your heart, try to grow in your faith and know that God has historically provided for the righteous.  How to be righteous?  Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and his sacrfice on the cross, when he shed his blood for the remission of our sins.

My local grocery stores are still packed with food.  I do feel guilty about that since there are plenty of locations in the world with horrible food shortages.  Instead of hoarding food, I am trying to be righteous with Jesus in my heart and recommend the same to others.  I believe that God will provide for my house if I earnestly try to avoid sinning by letting his holy spirit lead me.

Update, November 1, 2011  (2 1/2 months later)

“The records”…”broken are simply unbelievable.”  “Trees that had not yet lost their leaves suffered tremendous damage from the wet, heavy snow, and snapped branches and falling trees brought down numerous power lines, leaving at least 2.5 million people without electricity.”  – wunderground.com

However, wunderground, like other media sources, ignore God and do not give credit to where credit is due.

I believe that God gave me that dream back in August, when it was still hot, and during the “global warming” false religion spread by the media, to show me and anyone who will listen and to anyone else he might have given similar dreams to, as evidence that GOD is in control of the weather.  It’s time to repent if you have not already.
