How to save audio in Audacity for use in Hammer, a Half Life 2 map editor

Half Life 2 maps only work with low bitrate audio files. (This also applies to Garry's Mod, Counter-Strike, and other mods using the Steam Hammer editor.) To get your audio files to work on speakers (ambient_generic objects) in your map, make sure you save it in a low bitrate. I finally found the setting in Audacity that works for me, so thought I should document it before I forget. It's more simple than I was expecting.

The resulting audio file should play in your map edited with Hammer.
