The zucchini above came from my garden and is the Black Beauty variety. I used up the rest of my seed in this year’s garden, so it was time to save some seeds for next year’s garden. The video below shows how I did it.

Harvesting heirloom garlic from an Arkansas garden. Racking the garlic up to dry for a couple weeks. The variety is German Extra Hardy and some I harvested earlier tasted good this morning with some eggs and yellow squash.
